Jeff Schnurr Public Speaking Engagements
Jeff has spoken extensively about his work spurring a tree-planting movement in Pemba, Tanzania. His experience covers the topics of sustainability, leadership, social enterprise, and community development and could supplement your event. Jeff has spoken to all ages and audiences and has delivered keynote addresses. His experience speaks to fostering community development by building sustainable relationships with people, community and the landscape. By working to engage preexisting community assets, leaders for change can build large-scale initiatives for positive long-term impacts. Jeff focuses on the process for making change, and believes that everyone can contribute to a better tomorrow. Past engagements include The TD Scholarship for Community Leaders World Cafe, St. Thomas University’s Memorial Lodhi Lecture on Human Rights, Mount Allison University’s ATLIS Roundtable on Sustainability and the Renaissance Sackville’s 2011 AGM Keynote Address.
