117 - Vagabond

Andryunichev Grigoriy

Nizhni Novgorod, Russia

The use of straw as insulation and cane as the outer material of the roof and walls saves money in the budget and makes for a passive carbon project. A screw foundation pillar of support has the opportunity to adjust vertically, and is therefore easy to adapt for a cabin on a slope. The design of the foundation allows to the cabin to be on skis and move it to another location. This makes the cabin mobile. A streamlined shape of the plan - a solution for the problem of finding a place for the house without stripping the forest area.

This project is a response to the question: Can a bulding help clear the air ?
